Objectives:
Cost: There is no charge to attend this meeting. Registration Includes: Meals, materials. Continuing Education Credits: CEU's will be provided at no charge to participants (Nursing, Diabetes Educator, Dieticians, Social Workers, and General) How to Register: Registration is available only via the online registration form. All registrations must be received no later than Friday, June 4, 2010. *PLEASE NOTE: Registration is limited to 115 participants. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
